Hearing the B. C. Clark Jingle takes me home. Back to my childhood, a magical and precious time that will forever live in my heart. I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, my dad was a dairy farmer, I can remember the excitement of Christmas. My parents loved that time of year. Waiting for the “milk check” to arrive, so Momma and Daddy could “go to town” is just one of the memories that makes me smile today. Another, is hearing the B. C. Clark Jingle. Mom and Dad are gone now. But, the traditions, love of the season and one another live on… so does the Jingle… In an unpredictable world, it’s nice to know some things never change.
Thank you for giving Oklahomans a heritage and sense of community in an ever changing world.
