Official Terms & Release

By scheduling and conducting your Zoom session, you give and grant to Traction Marketing, hereinafter called Agency, its affiliates, their successors and any person acting under its permission and authority, the unqualified right, privilege, and permission to reproduce in every manner or form, publish, and circulate videotapes, films, photographs, and transparencies of you and your property, and recordings of your voice, arising out of the BC Clark Jingle Video Zoom sessions the week of November 23-November 28, and you hereby grant, assign, and transfer to the Agency all my rights and interest therein. You agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, videos, and/or reproductions thereof, and digital files connected therewith, are and shall remain the property of the Agency, or of the advertiser, BC Clark, represented by the Agency.

You specifically authorize and empower the Agency to cause any such video footage of yourself and your property, and recordings of my voice, to be copyrighted or in any other manner to be legally registered in the name of the Agency and for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby remise, release and discharge the Agency, for and from any and all claims of any kind whatsoever on account of the use of such video and photo media of you and your property, and recordings of your voice, including but not limited to any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, and invasion of the right of privacy.

You are authorizing being of lawful age and sound mind and have read and fully understand this Authorization and Release. Should any minors be involved in the Zoom session and resulting footage, you are authorizing in consideration of the engagement as stated above, and as the legal guardian of the minor/s involved.
