No Humming Necessary

I went to a singles Sunday school Christmas Party about 25 years ago. The people there were in their 30’s. There were about 30 people there. We were eating some goodies and laughing. We started singing Christmas carols. We didn’t know all the words so we hummed the rest. For Example, we sung, Joy to the world, the Lord is come! Let earth receive her King then Hum hum hum hum. We did this on two or three songs. Then someone said, “Let’s sing the “BC Clark Song.” We all sung “BC Clark’s Anniversary Sale” with all the lyrics and no humming. So, to me BC Clark is just part of Christmas in Oklahoma.
