Then It Felt like Christmas

After living the first 16 years of our marriage in Oklahoma City we moved to Tampa, FL in 1986. The first Christmas we spent there we missed not hearing the B.C. Clark jingle so much our former next door neighbors Pete & Barbara Clark (no relation) sent us a cassette tape of it. We could pop it in the cassette player in the car or house and then it felt like Christmas! We lived in Florida for five years and then Houston for two years after that and during that time we could break out the tape each Thanksgiving weekend to usher in the Christmas Season. We moved back to Oklahoma in 1992 and that first time we heard the jingle “in person” we knew we were back home! We hope you never ever break the tradition!
